What’s new in Corella.

The changes to Corella that carers, coordinators, finance staff and owners notice, each listed the day it is live in every Corella, in Corella’s own words — the last two weeks here, newest first, each with the help page that shows how it works. Every earlier week has its own page.

2 November – 8 November 2026 · 38 changes

  1. Rostering and timesheetsThe dashboard’s Open shifts and Need cover count this week

Open shifts this week and Need cover this week count the week the roster opens on, Monday to Sunday, with next week’s number under each, and each opens the roster on those same shifts.

  2. Clients and intakeOn a phone, the Staff and Clients lists show each person as a card

On a phone each person in the Staff and Clients lists is a card: their name on top, then each column on its own line under its name, so nothing is cut off at the edge of the screen. The headings above the list still sort it, and Teams shows a person’s first three teams and how many more.

For owners, coordinators, finance · every sectorHelp: Clients
  3. Staff, HR and trainingSearch, filter and page long lists: Training, Staff and Clients

Training’s People and their courses has a search, a course filter, Mandatory only and a chip for each state with how many are in it, and shows 50 at a time with the pages numbered under it; Show all puts every one on one page. The Staff and Clients lists show 50 at a time the same way.

  4. Billing, claims and fundingSetup counts who is held to the NDIS travel-time limit

Where travel time to a visit is charged with no limit of your own, Setup’s Travel time limit says how many active NDIS participants have their remoteness area recorded, each of them held to the NDIS’s 30 or 60 minutes, and opens the ones who have none.

  5. Incidents, safety and qualityA visitor’s photo at sign-in, seen by the office and gone at sign-out

Where your practice switches it on in Settings → Sign-in terminal, the front desk takes each visitor’s photo with the device’s camera as they sign in. Only the office sees it, beside the visitor on Who’s on site, and it is deleted when they sign out; a visitor can say no, and the list tells you to check who they are.

  6. Settings and subscriptionA light logo shows on light pages; Add a device goes step by step

A practice’s light logo sits on its own dark colour on the sign-in, password and two-step screens and on the front desk. Settings → Sign-in terminal → Add a device lists the steps, gives the device’s address to copy and says how to keep a tablet on the sign-in screen.

  7. Messages, forms and documentsLog a call asks plainly who the other person was

The Log a call window asks what the other person is, who it was, and their name if they are not in Corella, together; then which client the call is about and who handled it on your side. Your practice keeps its own call categories in Settings → Communications & call log.

  8. Messages, forms and documentsA removed document’s notifications say who removed it, and when

When a document is deleted, every notification that linked to it says it was removed, on which day and by whom, and opens the person’s Documents instead. A link to a removed file opens a page that says it was removed, with the way to the person’s Documents.

  9. Incidents, safety and qualityStaff sign in and out at the office, from their own phone

Where your practice uses the visitor sign-in terminal, staff press I’m at the office on My work when they arrive and I’ve left when they go, as often as they come and go. Who’s on site lists the staff signed in beside the visitors, and the office can sign out someone who left without signing out.

For owners, coordinators, carers · every sector
  10. Rostering and timesheetsUnavailability shows who entered it, and the office can change it

A staff member’s unavailability says who put it in and when, and who last changed it. The office changes an entry in place, beside Remove, on the staff record and from its block on the roster.

  11. Messages, forms and documentsChoice questions take their options one per line

In the form builder each option of a choice question is its own line: Add an option, Enter for the next, or paste a list. A pick-one question needs at least two options, none twice.

For owners, coordinators · every sector
  12. Messages, forms and documentsText under a form section’s heading

A form’s section can carry instructions or a note under its heading — written in the builder, shown on the form, on a phone, in the preview, on a submitted form and on the printed copy.

For owners, coordinators, carers · every sector
  13. Clients and intakeThe person’s photo where they are named, kept with their agreement

A person’s photo shows on their record, their Support at Home page, beside their name on the list and on the worker’s visit screen — to recognise them at the door. It is kept only with their recorded agreement, and only the office and the workers rostered with them can open it.

For owners, coordinators, carers · every sector
  14. Messages, forms and documentsThe client portal’s Documents is the one place

Documents in the client portal holds monthly statements, invoices (with what they pay and whether paid) and every document shared with that login, marked New until opened. A practice can switch off the separate Invoices tab in Settings → Attendance rules.

  15. Messages, forms and documentsShare a document in the client portal, one login at a time

Show in their portal on a document lets you choose which portal login sees it, so a family member who checks invoices does not see a clinical report unless you tick it for them. Each opening is recorded, and unticking stops it.

For owners, coordinators · every sector
  16. Staff, HR and trainingThe worker’s photo on each visit in the client portal

When the practice turns it on in Settings and the worker agreed on their own profile, the worker’s photo shows beside their name on each visit in the portal’s Schedule, so the person knows who is at the door.

For owners, coordinators, families · every sector
  17. Clients and intakeAlerts first on each Support at Home participant’s page

Each participant’s page opens with their alerts: what a worker must know, their emergency priority and the people to call. Supporters are recorded as the My Aged Care portal names them, with the day checked, and a decision-maker with what their authority covers.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  18. Clients and intakeApproved services grouped as the program groups them

At intake the approved services show in the program’s three groups — Clinical supports, Independence and Everyday living — with a tick for a whole group, and a visit booked with a service not approved names the group in its warning.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  19. Clients and intakeSupport at Home at a glance

Support at Home opens on At a glance: each person’s emergency priority, suburb, language and culture (and whether they need an interpreter), care partner, start date and the kinds of alert on their record. Funding keeps the budget list.

Emergency priority (High, Medium or Low) is chosen by a person on the record, with a reason and a review date.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  20. Billing, claims and fundingAssistive technology and home modification tiers: Low, Medium, High

Every screen names a tier Low, Medium or High beside its scheme — the words My Aged Care uses for both schemes.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  21. Billing, claims and fundingCarry-over from January 2027

For quarters from 1 January 2027 Corella works out the unspent amount carried over as the program’s new rule sets it: the 10% now counts the base provider amount as well.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  22. Billing, claims and fundingWhich contribution rules apply to each participant

Each Support at Home participant records which of the three groups they are in — a Home Care Package by 12 September 2024, a package after it, or new to Support at Home — and their page says which contribution rules apply.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  23. Billing, claims and fundingCorrect the entry date on ongoing funding

Correct the entry date sets the ongoing funding’s start to the date on the Aged Care Entry Record; the first classification moves with it and the first quarter is worked out again.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  24. Clients and intakeEvery participant’s dates in one list

Support at Home → Dates lists every participant’s dates, overdue first and then due soon: care plan reviews, the start notification and take-up deadlines, emergency priority reviews, Support Plan Reviews awaited, documents due, and when assistive technology, home modification, Restorative Care or End-of-Life funding ends — by care partner.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  25. Messages, forms and documentsDocuments on each Support at Home participant’s page

Each participant’s page lists their documents as the program names them — Notice of Decision, support plan, care plan, service agreement, individualised budget, assessment reports — says what is still missing and why it is needed, and records each copy of the care plan given to them.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  26. Incidents, safety and qualityFilter for emergency planning, and print a call list

At a glance filters by care partner, emergency priority, language and interpreter, suburb and start date, and by who lives alone, relies on power for equipment or needs help to leave — plus anyone whose emergency details are missing.

Print as a call list gives the same people with the numbers to call and room to note each call, for when the screens are not there.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  27. Billing, claims and fundingOngoing funding ends when the person leaves

End funding on ongoing funding asks that the person is leaving, and points a correction to Correct the entry date, Interim or full funding or Services Australia’s budget instead.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  28. Billing, claims and fundingThe estimator holds the other funding on the notice

The estimator now adds Restorative Care, End-of-Life and assistive technology and home modifications by tier, each counted only against what it pays for and never taken from the ongoing year.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  29. Billing, claims and fundingThe classification funded now, the next, and one approved and waiting

A participant’s page names the classification funded now, the next dated one, and a classification approved on a Notice of Decision but still waiting for funding — the approval is never used for the budget until the funding is recorded.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  30. Billing, claims and fundingInterim or full funding on the ongoing funding

The ongoing funding card has Interim or full funding: mark a classification period as interim, record its full funding from the day it was allocated, or correct one recorded as interim. Each quarter says when it is interim funding (60%).

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  31. Billing, claims and fundingYour own Support at Home figures, checked against the published ones

Settings → Support at Home names any figure your practice entered that differs from the program’s published figure for its day, and one press puts the published figure back and raises the grants it capped. A figure that differs is only saved when you choose to use your own.

Switched on in Settings → Support at Home

For owners, finance · Aged care
  32. Billing, claims and fundingReopen ongoing funding that was ended

Reopen funding runs ended ongoing funding again to the day you choose, with the reason kept, and works out again the quarter it ended in. Extending funding also works out again the quarter it reaches.

For owners, finance, coordinators · Aged care
  33. Billing, claims and fundingServices Australia’s quarterly budget beside Corella’s

Each ongoing quarter keeps the Total budget amount from the Aged Care Provider Portal beside Corella’s own figure for the participant’s part, and says why they differ.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  34. Billing, claims and fundingThe start notification’s 28-day deadline

A participant’s page and Dates say the start notification is due within 28 days after the start day, beside the quarter’s 10 pm cutoff for care management funding.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  35. Billing, claims and fundingThe program’s supplements by name, each with its rule

A quarter’s Supplements offers the program’s supplements by name with each one’s rule: oxygen and enteral feeding for anyone who meets their conditions; dementia and cognition only for someone who had it before Support at Home.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  36. Clients and intakeSupport Plan Review requests on each participant’s page

Record each Support Plan Review request lodged in My Aged Care: the day, what changed in the portal’s own words, whether it is urgent and why, the person’s agreement and the documents attached — then how long it has waited, the outcome and what happens next.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  37. Clients and intakeOne click for the services most notices approve

"Tick the services most notices approve" ticks Independence and Everyday living in one click at intake and in referrals; untick any the Notice of Decision does not list. Clinical supports are ticked only from the notice.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  38. The carer appRisks and precautions on the worker’s visit

Each visit now shows the worker the risks the office records — falls, swallowing, aggression toward staff, wandering, mobility and medication — and the hazards of the home from the risk assessments, with what to do.

26 October – 1 November 2026 · 136 changes

  1. Billing, claims and fundingAssistive technology and home modifications: the mark-up caps, checked

A bought assistive technology or home modifications item asks for its cost before mark-up on its invoice line, and shows the mark-up against the program’s cap as you type.

It is charged to Support at Home once the cost is recorded and the mark-up is within the cap, and the monthly statement shows the item’s cost and mark-up.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  2. Billing, claims and fundingThe NDIA’s reasons fit their column

On a claim, the NDIA’s reasons under Show the lines not paid in full wrap inside their column, so each one reads in full on a laptop.

    For finance, owners · NDIS
  3. Incidents, safety and qualityMore codes read as words, and counts that agree

Short codes read as words: As needed, Team coordinator, Environment and Emergency plan, last 30 days, and an evening rate as a time of day; the audit log names each row’s record.

The call log names who called and whom it was about, and a call waiting for a call-back counts the same wherever it is shown.

For owners, coordinators · every sectorHelp: Audit log
  4. Staff, HR and trainingA course on helping people with their medicines

The course library holds a course on helping people with their medicines, one for workers and one for coordinators, written from published Australian guidance for the NDIS and for aged care.

It waits in the library ready to publish: read it, then publish it to the people who need it.

For owners, coordinators · NDIS, Aged careHelp: Training & learning
  5. Messages, forms and documentsMessages lists every conversation for the office

Coordinators and administrators see every conversation in the practice in Messages, its search and the unread counts, one-to-one conversations included, and each one they are not in is marked so.

A person’s Messages tab lists every conversation about them the same way.

  6. Care and clinical recordsOne allergy list on the worker’s brief

A worker’s brief shows a person’s allergy list once, and beside it the field headed Allergy notes appears when it adds something the list holds nowhere else.

  7. Billing, claims and fundingA price change applies from its day; earlier visits keep their price

When you change a service’s prices you choose the day they apply from — today unless you pick another. Visits before that day keep the price they had, invoiced or not, and the forecast values each visit the same way.

A wrong price can be corrected instead, so every visit not invoiced yet uses the new one. Settings lists the earlier prices kept under each service.

  8. Billing, claims and fundingThe Quarterly Financial Report’s rates of pay, worked out for you

Reports → Quarterly Financial Report gives the Support at Home rates of pay the form asks for from Quarter 1 2026–27: the highest, average and lowest rate for nurses, personal care and other direct care staff, from your full-time and part-time employees’ pay groups, with the people behind each figure.

Beside them are the Support at Home figures Corella holds for your year-to-date statements, and a spreadsheet of it all.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  9. Incidents, safety and qualityQuality & audits in your practice’s own standards

Quality & audits speaks in the standards your practice is measured against: the Add standard dialog and its examples, a new audit’s example and the empty register.

  10. Clients and intakeAfter someone leaves Support at Home, their page stops asking

Once a participant has left, their page stops asking for a care plan and for this month’s care management, and the Support at Home list’s notes wrap inside their column.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  11. Billing, claims and fundingOnly the services their Notice of Decision approves are charged

Once a participant’s approved services are recorded, a service of another type warns when it is rostered, and is not charged to their budget or put on a claim — each with the reason in words.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  12. Billing, claims and fundingAssistance dog funding as its own stream

Add funding offers Assistance dog: a year’s amount (up to $2,052 from 1 July 2026), its own balance, and its charges shown on the monthly statement.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  13. Care and clinical recordsCare management as your pool, branch by branch

Support at Home → Care management keeps each service delivery branch’s pool — credited each quarter for the people connected to it — and a log of care management activities in 15-minute steps, with a check that each person had 15 minutes of direct contact this month.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  14. Care and clinical recordsThe Support at Home care plan, its reviews and the pathways’ forms

A Support at Home care plan holds their preferences, who delivers what and when, assistive technology and home modifications with costs, risks with dignity of risk, and culturally safe care. Their page says whether it is in place by their first day and when it is reviewed.

Care plan reviews are called for by the program’s triggers — some by Corella itself — and listed by care partner. The Restorative Care Pathway’s exit plan and the End-of-Life Pathway Form are recorded on their funding.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  15. Billing, claims and fundingThe carry-over’s 10% on the budget after care management

Closing a Support at Home quarter carries over unspent funds up to 10% of the quarter’s budget after care management, its recorded supplements included, as the Rules set out.

Settings, then Support at Home, says how the carry-over is worked out.

Switched on in Settings → Support at Home

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  16. Billing, claims and fundingToday’s Support at Home claim file for the Aged Care Provider Portal

Support at Home → Claims lists every charged line ready to claim, and the ones held back with the reason in words — a missing care recipient ID, a service with no code, a late line waiting for its reason.

Make today’s file and upload it in the Aged Care Provider Portal’s bulk claim. Record each participant’s care recipient ID on their Support at Home page.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  17. Billing, claims and fundingThe participant pays the contribution Services Australia confirmed

Once a claim is paid, the invoice asks for the contribution Services Australia confirmed, with Corella’s own figure beside it. When they paid more than that, the invoice says so and a refund can be recorded on it.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  18. Billing, claims and fundingContribution changes follow the program’s rule

A higher contribution rate starts from the next quarter; a lower one is back-dated, the charges already made are worked out again and a refund is shown. Record Services Australia’s letter with each change, and the no worse off rule where it applies.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  19. Clients and intakeThe Support at Home estimator

Support at Home → Estimator works out, before someone is enrolled, their year’s funding (interim when it is), care management, each service and item, what they would pay each month and what is left — to print, or save against them.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  20. Clients and intakeWhen someone leaves Support at Home

Record exit on their Support at Home page ends their funding on that day and lists what is owed, each by its deadline: telling Services Australia, sharing the budget with a new provider, the final claims, invoice and statement, and a Home Care Package’s unspent funds returned or paid to them.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  21. Billing, claims and fundingThe 1 July 2026 Support at Home figures

Load the published figures adds the 1 July 2026 classification budgets, the transitioned levels and the dated assistive technology and home modifications tiers, each from its own day.

Figures your practice entered itself are kept as they are.

  22. Clients and intakeAn intake enrols someone from their My Aged Care referral

An intake has a Support at Home referral card: the referral code, the Notice of Decision, the classification, the day they start, their care partner and the approved services. Completing it enrols them and works out their first quarter from that day.

Their Support at Home page shows the referral, the care partner, and the start notification’s deadline — 10 pm Canberra time on the last day of the quarter they started in — until you record it as lodged. The forecast reads each person’s Support at Home quarter.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  23. Billing, claims and fundingInterim funding, and a reassessment dated into a closed quarter

A classification can be recorded as interim funding — the minimum service offer, 60% — and the full funding from the day it is allocated. A reassessment dated into a quarter already closed is saved and recorded as that quarter’s adjustment.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  24. Billing, claims and fundingA Support at Home invoice asks the participant for their contribution

A Support at Home invoice now owes what the participant pays — their contribution — and says that the rest is paid by Services Australia when it is claimed. Payments, part-paid, reminders, the portal’s balance and Xero all follow that figure.

Unspent funds carry over on the quarter’s budget after care management, its supplements included, and the 1 July 2026 classification figures and AT-HM tiers are in Settings → Support at Home.

Settings → Support at Home → Time-of-day loadings sets each Support at Home service’s evening, night, weekend and public holiday prices from its weekday price, after showing every change.

A participant’s Support at Home page records a price agreed with them for a service at a time of day, and their invoices use it.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  27. Getting startedSupport at Home has its own menu

Participants, Claims, Monthly statements, the Quarter report and the Price report sit together under Support at Home. A practice that runs both programs starts new people, intakes and quotes on the program most of its people are on.

For owners, coordinators, finance · Aged care
  28. Billing, claims and fundingServices Australia’s payment statements, imported and compared

Upload a payment statement on Support at Home → Claims: each item is matched to the line it pays, with what was approved, cancelled or reduced, and any difference from what Corella charged shown beside it. Claims not yet paid are listed with how long they have waited.

For owners, finance · Aged care
  29. Billing, claims and fundingSupport at Home service agreements carry the program’s own terms

A Support at Home agreement now has its own section: their Notice of Decision, each approved service with its prices by time of day, their own agreed prices, who delivers it and what they contribute, then the program’s terms — cooling-off, no extra fees, your cancellation notice, reviews and leaving.

A signing link keeps the section exactly as it was when the link was made, and records which version of the terms was signed.

For owners, coordinators · Aged care
  30. Billing, claims and fundingEach Support at Home service carries Services Australia’s code

A primary supplement recorded on a participant’s quarter, such as oxygen or veterans’, now adds to what they can spend that quarter, in full, with no care management taken off it.

When Services Australia confirms a different contribution, or a contribution change is back-dated, after an invoice went to Xero, Corella brings Xero up to date within the quarter hour, or at once with Bring Xero up to date on the invoice.

With nothing paid in Xero, the invoice’s own Support at Home lines change there. Once it is paid, a credit note is made when less is owed and set against the invoice, or an invoice for the difference when more is owed. The invoice lists what was done in Xero.

  42. Clients and intakeTwo budget lines in one support category each count their own

Where a plan keeps two budget lines in one support category, such as Participation in Community and Activity Based Transport, the agreement form asks which support items each pays for (Pays for items, such as 04_590).

Each invoice line then counts on the one bar whose items it matches, and the category’s other items on its first line with none named, so the two bars add up to what the category used.

Tick Take questions for the host beforehand on a new event, and each person invited may send up to three questions with their answer, from the email, My events or the portal.

The event’s page lists them under Questions for the host, grouped by who asked, and the list for the event has a column of them; no one else invited sees them.

  115. Rostering and timesheetsRepeats starts with the shift’s own day, and says what is missing

Switching Repeats on presses the shift’s own day. A repeat with no day pressed, or with no end date or number of times, now says what to choose instead of saving one visit.

Ticking the reportable box on an incident report now asks which kind it is, and choosing it starts the Commission’s timers straight away; the incident’s page shows each deadline. Leave the kind to the office, and they are told to choose it.

A fall now has its own incident type, Fall.

  117. Billing, claims and fundingClose quarter waits until its visits are charged

Close quarter names any completed visits not invoiced yet, and any draft invoices not issued, and waits until they are: a closed quarter takes no more charges.

A contribution category shows its own last day. Services not categorised counts only Support at Home services. Add funding says the To date is required and offers a year from the start. A monthly statement never says no services were delivered while visits were invoiced and are only waiting to be charged.

  121. Rostering and timesheetsOne shift, two people: a save after the other’s says who changed it

When two people have the same shift open and one saves, the other’s save is refused with who changed it and when, so nobody undoes another person’s change without seeing it. Close the shift and open it again to see their change, then make yours.

  122. Billing, claims and fundingA visit that needs two workers bills both workers’ time

A visit set as needing two staff, worked by two, now bills both workers’ time, and its invoice line says two workers. A group with two staff splits their time between the people in it.

  124. Getting startedThe portal says when a budget is used up

When a participant’s quarter is used up, the client portal says so and that their provider will talk with them, never a figure below zero.

  125. Rostering and timesheetsA quarter’s budget is watched before it runs out

The roster warns when a booking would take a participant past what their quarter holds, counting the visits already rostered and not invoiced. You can still save it.

The dashboard lists everyone within 10% of their quarter’s budget.

  126. Billing, claims and fundingA Support at Home charge takes at most what is left

A charge never takes more than a quarter or a grant has left, so a balance never goes below $0.00.

The rest of the line is not funded: the participant pays it, or the provider does under their agreement. The invoice, its PDF, the client portal and the monthly statement say how much.

  127. Billing, claims and fundingClients who moved over from Home Care Packages

Transitioned HCP Levels 1 to 4 are classifications you can choose, with the department’s figures from 1 October 2026.

Record each client’s unspent Home Care Package funds on their Support at Home page. Once the quarterly budget is used, charges draw the Commonwealth funds you hold, then the home care account, with no contribution on that part; for assistive technology and home modifications these funds come first. Their own portion pays their contributions.

  128. Rostering and timesheetsVisits after a funding ends

The roster warns when a Support at Home visit falls on a day none of the participant’s funding covers.

End funding can also cancel their visits booked after the last day: their rostered staff are told, a shared visit goes ahead for the others, and releasing the roster hold puts them back.

  129. Billing, claims and fundingThe published Support at Home figures, loaded in one press

Settings → Support at Home loads the department’s published classification budgets in one press: the figures from 1 November 2025 and the new figures from 1 October 2026, each dated from the day it applies.

An open quarter that a new figure falls in is worked again from it, and the confirmation names each quarter it changed, from and to, in dollars. The End-of-Life Pathway reads about $25,736.57 for up to 16 weeks, as published in October 2026.

A Support at Home invoice shows care management as its own amount, paid from the 10% of the quarter set aside for it, and the participant pays nothing towards it.

On a participant’s Support at Home page, Close quarter asks before it closes, and closes a quarter from its last day: a closed quarter takes no more charges.

A quarter closed too soon can be reopened while nothing is charged to the next quarter. Then press Charge again on each invoice with a line not charged.

  133. Getting startedA Support at Home invoice shows what the participant pays

A Support at Home invoice shows the total cost of the services, the share Support at Home funds, and what the participant pays as the amount payable, once every line is charged to their budget.

The client portal shows the same amount, with the cost of the services beside it.

  134. Getting startedPlan a Support at Home quarter before you roster

Plan the quarter, on a participant’s Support at Home page, works out what their funding covers: choose services, their rates and hours a week, and see the cost, what the participant pays and what comes out of the budget.

It shows what is left and how many more hours of each service that covers. Nothing is saved or charged, and Print the plan keeps a copy.

September 2026

The round-up, published

Finance and rostering got a few sharper edges this month.

  • Invoice runs now hold a shift whose saved time split no longer matches its actual times, flagged with the reason, instead of pricing it wrong.
  • Rostering now warns when a shift would push a client past a funding limit that resets weekly or monthly.
  • Support workers can record a client’s clinical charts from their phone during the shift.
  • The staff list for a shift now puts the client’s preferred team first and leaves out any worker that client has blocked.
  • Archiving an asset now records how it left — sold, traded in, written off, lost or stolen, or no longer needed — and when.
