Live demo · Wound care

A wound-care practice, running on Corella.

Set up as a mobile nursing and wound-care practice: patients rather than participants, nurses rather than carers, and episodes of care that each carry a payer. Everything in it is made up for the demo.

Who it is for: Mobile nursing, wound care and clinics — anyone who visits patients and invoices insurers, facilities, practices or the person.

Runs at demo-wound.corellacare.com.au — a pass signs you in; there is no public login.

The wound-care demo's wound record: measurements over time as a trend, labelled as a record of what was measured, not a clinical assessment

Who it presents as

A made-up organisation, fully working.

It presents as Corella Wound Care (demo), a made-up nursing practice. The words are a nursing practice's words — patient, nurse, episode of care — set in Settings, not a separate product.

Switched off on purpose

Plan management, support coordination, SIL and accommodation, restrictive practices, NDIS claims, Support at Home and meals. A nursing practice works in its own rooms, so the NDIS and aged-care ones are switched off here — the same module switches a real provider sets.

What is switched on

The rooms a nursing practice uses are switched on.

  • Wound care — Measurements over time, area, percentage change against that wound's own baseline, the photo timeline and a CSV export.
  • Episodes of care — Each one names its payer, and the rate card in force on the day of the visit sets the price.
  • Consumables — A catalogue priced per payer, billed exactly once beside the visit.
  • Visits and scheduling — The schedule and the job board, clock-on and clock-off, timesheets and travel.
  • Clinical records — Clinical notes and charts.
  • Incidents, complaints and risk — The quality registers.
  • People — HR, recruitment and training.
  • Intake and referrals — New patients and referrals arriving at reception.
  • AI and dictation — Care Signals, the AI client summary and insights, meeting summaries, and voice dictation of notes.

What you will see

Walk through it in this order.

A nursing practice end to end, from the referral at reception to the invoice to the payer.

01

Six patients, six episodes of care

One patient lives in a residential facility. Five of the six episodes of care have a payer behind them.

02

Four wounds, measured over weeks

The length and width go on the wound's record and Corella works out the area. Exudate, tissue and pain are recorded as the nurse observed them, with the plan beside them — and the chart shows the measurements on the wound's record.

03

Four weeks of visits

Two weeks behind, with progress notes, timesheets and consumables billed beside the visit; two weeks booked ahead.

04

Consumables

A catalogue of 16 items, including a dressing kit.

05

Seven payers, four with a rate card

An insurer, DVA, a residential facility with two sites, a home-care provider, a plan manager, a GP practice and a self-funded patient.

06

The money and the front desk

Four invoices — paid, sent and issued — a quote, and a referral from a facility waiting at reception.

A look inside

The demo’s own screens, with its made-up data. Pick one.

One episode of care in Corella's wound care demo: a diabetic foot ulcer with two funding buckets — community nursing visits and an insulin course — each with its visits used, booked and left; who pays, a plan manager with no rate card in force, so bookings use the standard prices; a charge no bucket covers, flagged; the podiatrist's referral; and the appointments
A wound's record: its size over four visits as a line falling from 384 to 160 square millimetres, the wound's details and dressing plan, and the measurements table with the change against the first and the previous visit — labelled a record of what was measured, not a clinical assessment, in three places
The consumables catalogue: dressings, a compression system, a catheter, gloves and a sharps container, each with its code, pack size, price per unit, whether it is batch-tracked and the supplier
A nurse's completed wound review visit on a phone: the times, the patient's address, clocked on at 8:58am and off at 10:03am, and the patient card with allergies, medical and mobility notes
The top of the wound care visit form on a phone: tied to the shift for billing, the patient, and a notice that it was filled in from the previous visit — 19 of 19 answers still match — with a button to clear the carried answers

Your pass

The views in this demo.

  • Clinical Nurse Consultant

The senior clinician's view — patients and episodes of care, wounds measured over time, the schedule and the job board, progress notes, referrals, forms, consumables and reports.

  • Registered Nurse

My visits only, on a phone — clock on and off, the patient's need-to-know, the visit form where the wound's measurements are typed, and travel.

  • Reception

Bookings, new patients and referrals, quotes, invoices, payments and receipts, payers and rate cards, timesheets — with the clinical record kept for the clinicians.

Every demo comes as three logins: the owner, an administrator who sees every screen and every setting; a nurse, with the visit screens your nurses would use on their phones; and the patient portal, as one of the demo's patients sees it.

How a pass works

  • A person on our side looks at your request and approves it, and the demo emails you its three logins.
  • Each signs you straight in. No password, nothing to pass on.
  • The owner’s and the worker’s open on a short course: a picture of every screen that login uses, and what it is for.
  • The demo lasts three days from the moment you first open any of its logins, and we email you on its last day.
  • Settings can be looked at but not changed, and you cannot see anyone else’s link.
  • Change anything you like, but keep it made up: anyone else trying the demo that day can see it, and it resets to the same starting point at 3am Melbourne time, every night.
  • Email and SMS sending are switched off, so nothing you press reaches a real inbox or phone.

The Corella bird as a glass figure

Worth being precise about

What this demo is, and is not.

A record of what was measured. Not a clinical assessment. The nurse measures and types the numbers; Corella calculates, charts and compares them, and the judgement stays with the nurse. Photographs are stored and dated, side by side.

Consumables are priced per payer, with batch and lot numbers where you track them, billed exactly once, and released again if the invoice is voided.

In a real instance each AI feature is off until your organisation switches it on; here they are on so you can try them. They are assistive: a person decides what happens next, and nothing is filed into a care record without a deliberate click. The text they analyse is sent to our AI provider in the United States, under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content. Your records live in Sydney, in your own database. Dictation and meeting summaries start from speech: the audio is transcribed by a specialist provider in the European Union, and as soon as the text comes back, the instance instructs that service to delete both the recording and its copy of the text. Corella's servers do not keep the recording. What is sent, and where.

Fair questions

Before you open it.

How do I get into the demo?
Ask with the form on this page. A person looks at your request and approves it, and the demo emails you three logins — the owner, who sees every screen and every setting; a worker, with the screens your team would use on their phones; and the portal as one of the demo's made-up people sees it — each signing you straight in, with no password to remember and nothing to pass on. The owner's and the worker's open on a short course of their screens. The demo lasts three days from the moment you first open any of its logins, and we email you on its last day. There are no standing public logins.
Can I break it?
No. Change anything you like — add a shift, write a note, raise an invoice. Every demo resets to the same starting point at 3am Melbourne time, every night. Settings are read-only on a pass, so the next person sees the same demo you did.
Is any of it real?
No. It is a complete, working Corella instance with made-up data in it, and nobody in it is a real person or a real organisation. Email and SMS sending are switched off, so nothing you press can reach a real inbox or phone, and connections such as Xero read “not connected”, because they are — you connect your own when you go live.
What does the wound demo record about a wound?
What the nurse measured — a record of what was measured, not a clinical assessment. The nurse measures and types the numbers; Corella works out the area and the percentage change against that wound's own baseline, charts it and keeps the photographs side by side. Judging the wound stays with the nurse.
Is this the same Corella as the NDIS demo?
Yes. It is the same Corella with the words set to patient, nurse and episode of care, and with the nursing modules switched on and the NDIS and aged-care ones switched off.
