Step by step
- When your practice offers lone-worker check-ins, set a time to check in by — 30 minutes to 2 hours, or when a visit ends — and press I'm safe when you are. If you miss it, the person on call is told. The card says who before you start.
- Clock on and off from the shift card.
- Clocking on may first show what is recorded under Need to know for the client on the shift — read it and confirm, and the clock starts.
- Open a shift to see its instructions and tasks, and to write your progress note.
- At the office, where your organisation uses the visitor sign-in terminal: press I'm at the office when you arrive (choose the office if there is more than one) and I've left when you go — again each time you come back. While you are in, Who's on site lists you, the list read out in an evacuation.
- New in Corella lists what went live in Corella since you last looked, for your role and the kind of practice you run. Each title opens its help where you are, and Seen clears the list; while something is new, the help button carries a dot.
- Ask for a shift, where your organisation has switched it on: pick one of your own clients — someone on a team you're on, or someone you've visited in the last 12 weeks — or your own time, then the day and the times. The office books it or declines it and you get a notice either way; Your requests shows where each one stands, and Withdraw takes back one still waiting.

Ask for a shift
Ask the office for a shift with one of your own clients, or for your own time.
- Only your own clients are offered: someone on a team you're on, or someone you've visited in the last 12 weeks.
Can't do this visit?
- The office is told straight away with your reason, and the visit comes off your list — call them if it is urgent.
