Award rules are applied while the roster is still a draft — before anyone is paid, while the week can still change.
One price list
$19 per staff user, everything included.
$149 a month minimumabout 8 staff seats' worth
AUD a month, no GST. No feature tiers, no safety paywalls, and nothing charged separately but texts, at 10c a part — the assistive AI, the family portal, HR and training come in the same price. Participant and family logins are free: you pay for staff seats only.
- The $149 a month minimum is about eight staff seats' worth. Fewer than eight staff and you pay the $149; from eight staff up you simply pay $19 each. Participant and family logins never count either way.
- Pay annually and get two months free for staying the year (≈ $15.80 per staff user/month).

The AI features are off until your organisation switches them on; their text is processed by our AI provider in the United States under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content. Texts are 10c a part, billed after use. The connected website is a separate A$19 a month.
