Step by step

  1. Open an invoice to see its lines, or start a new run to bill completed work.
  2. An issued invoice with a payment recorded and money still owing reads Part paid, with what is left in Balance.
  3. Tick the ones to go (or Choose all that can go): their visits, consumables and standing charges go back to be invoiced in the next run, and any Support at Home charges come off the budget.

Tips

  • One that was sent, has a payment, is in an NDIS claim batch or in Xero, came from a meal order, or has Support at Home charges in a closed quarter is voided instead — the dialog says which, and why.

Delete draft invoices

  • What a deleted draft held goes back to be invoiced in the next run: its visits, consumables and standing charges, and its Support at Home charges come off the budget.
