Live demo · NDIS
An NDIS provider, running on Corella.
A complete, working Corella instance with a year of made-up data in it, set up the way an NDIS provider runs: rosters and SIL houses, participant plans and budgets, claims to the NDIA, and the registers the NDIS Commission expects. Nobody in it is a real person.
Who it is for: NDIS providers — rostering, claiming, plan budgets and supported independent living — plus the support coordinators and plan managers who work alongside them.
Runs at demo.corellacare.com.au — a pass signs you in; there is no public login.

Who it presents as
A made-up organisation, fully working.
It presents as Corella Demo Care, a made-up disability provider. The people it supports are called participants and its hands-on staff support workers — on your own instance an administrator sets the words in Settings, participant, resident or your own, which is how the same product reads as a nursing practice in the wound-care demo.

What is switched on
Every room an NDIS provider could use is switched on.
- Rostering and service delivery — The week board, clock-on and clock-off, timesheets, and paid travel time recorded on the shift.
- NDIS claiming — The price book with NDIS items and caps, the NDIA's 16-column bulk payment file, and reconciliation from the NDIA's outcome file.
- SIL and accommodation — A supported independent living house with its rooms and a resident's tenancy, beside the ordinary roster.
- Plan management — The invoice inbox, providers, claims, the bank file and statements.
- Support coordination — Billable case notes, coordination-of-supports claims and reports.
- Restrictive practices — Behaviour support plans, and a monthly CSV of recorded uses.
- Incidents, complaints and risk — Incidents with their NDIS-reportable deadlines — a 24-hour flag and a five-business-day date — complaints, and risk assessments.
- Clinical records — Clinical charts, wound care, episodes of care and consumables.
- People — HR, recruitment and training.
- Intake and contacts — The intake pipeline and the organisation's contacts.
- Meals and products — A catalogue, orders and the participant/funder split.
- AI — Care Signals, the AI client summary and insights, and meeting summaries.
What you will see
Walk through it in this order.
Start with the coordinator's view — it is the day-to-day office screen and the one most people should see first.
The coordinator's office view
The roster, participant records and care plans, progress notes, incidents, clinical charts, documents, quotes, referrals, forms, messages and reports.
The finance view
Invoices, payments and receipts, NDIS claim batches and remittances, payroll runs and timesheets — the money, with the roster and the clinical records kept for the coordinator's level.
The support worker's phone
My shifts only: clock on and off, the participant's need-to-know, tasks, the progress note, travel, forms and team messages. Open it on a phone — it is the screen that decides whether the workforce will use it.
A look inside
The demo’s own screens, with its made-up data. Pick one.

Your pass
The views in this demo.
Coordinator
The office view — rosters, participants, notes, incidents, documents and reports.
Finance
Billing, NDIS claims, payments and payroll.
Support worker
The carer's phone view of their own shifts.
Every demo comes as three logins: the owner, an administrator who sees every screen and every setting; a support worker, with the screens your team would use on their phones; and the participant portal, as one of the demo's participants sees it.
How a pass works
- A person on our side looks at your request and approves it, and the demo emails you its three logins.
- Each signs you straight in. No password, nothing to pass on.
- The owner’s and the worker’s open on a short course: a picture of every screen that login uses, and what it is for.
- The demo lasts three days from the moment you first open any of its logins, and we email you on its last day.
- Settings can be looked at but not changed, and you cannot see anyone else’s link.
- Change anything you like, but keep it made up: anyone else trying the demo that day can see it, and it resets to the same starting point at 3am Melbourne time, every night.
- Email and SMS sending are switched off, so nothing you press reaches a real inbox or phone.

Worth being precise about
What this demo is, and is not.
Claims go to the NDIA as the bulk payment file Corella builds and you upload in the provider portal, and the NDIA's outcome file comes back into Corella line by line.
The pay engine applies SCHADS-style shiftworker loadings, sleepover and broken-shift allowances, on-call pay, every state's public holidays, travel and kilometres, and exports a CSV for your payroll system.
Xero reads “not connected” in the demo — you connect your own Xero when you go live.
In a real instance each AI feature is off until your organisation switches it on; here they are on so you can try them. They are assistive: a person decides what happens next, and nothing is filed into a care record without a deliberate click. The text they analyse is sent to our AI provider in the United States, under commercial terms that prohibit training on customer content. Your records live in Sydney, in your own database. Meeting summaries start from speech: the audio is transcribed by a specialist provider in the European Union, and as soon as the text comes back, the instance instructs that service to delete both the recording and its copy of the text. Corella's servers do not keep the recording. What is sent, and where.
