Step by step
- Read the tiles left to right — anything with a number above zero is work waiting.
- Today's schedule lists every shift for the day; click one to open it on the board.
- The two charts are the week's rostered hours and the shifts by status.
- Under the hours chart, the week's rostered hours against the part-time and full-time contracts of your carers (shown once one of them has such a contract); under the status chart, the week's cancellations by who cancelled — clients or us. Each links to its report in Reports.
- For you lists the call-log follow-ups passed to you: what each is for, about whom, who called and why, how long it has been with you and when it is due. Open shows the call; Open the shift goes to the shift it is about; Done takes it off your list, with a note of what was done if you like.
- New in Corella lists what went live in Corella since you last looked, for your role and the kind of practice you run. Each title opens its help where you are, and Seen clears the list; while something is new, the help button carries a dot.
Tips
- The staff figure in the line under the greeting is a headcount — everybody employed who can sign in, whatever their role.

Mark it done
Close a follow-up passed to you. It leaves For you, and the call log keeps who closed it, when, and what was done.
- What was done is optional, and worth a line: it is what the next person reads on the call.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
