Who we are
This website is operated by Business Innovise Hub (“BIH”, “we”), an Australian software company based in regional Victoria, and it describes Corella, our care-operations platform. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What this website collects
The demo form.If you ask for a walkthrough we collect what you type: your name, organisation, work email, role, team size, what you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message field, plus your phone number if you choose to give it. We use it for exactly one thing — responding to your enquiry and arranging the walkthrough you asked for. If the form hands over to your own email app, your message travels as ordinary email.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it gives us aggregate page statistics without setting cookies, fingerprinting your device or tracking you across other sites. That’s also why this site has no cookie banner — there’s nothing to consent to.
Nothing else.No advertising trackers, no social pixels, no selling or sharing of your details with anyone. This website doesn’t hold client or care records; the screenshots you see contain demonstration data only.
Where enquiry data lives
Demo enquiries arrive in our business mailbox and are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. We don’t add you to mailing lists — you’ll hear from a person, about the thing you asked about.
The Corella platform itself
This policy covers this marketing website. When a provider adopts Corella, the handling of their organisation’s data — including where it’s hosted and how it’s isolated, backed up and exported — is governed by the agreement we sign with them. The plain-English overview is on our security & data handling page.
Your rights, and reaching us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@businessinnovisehub.com.au and a person will handle it. If you’re not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
