Catalogue item — new and edit
A consumable you stock, and what it costs per payer.
Supplier — new and edit
Who you buy consumables from.
Record what you used
Record consumables used on a visit, individually or as a kit.
- What you record here is what gets billed to the payer, so record what was actually used.
- Where wound care is on, For wound names the wound it was used on, so its cost is counted against that wound — a person with one open wound has it chosen already.
Batch — record and edit
A batch of stock with its expiry date.
- Its expiry drives the overnight alert and the order a visit note lists batches in, soonest first.
Kit — new and edit
A named bundle of items that go out together.
Stock location — new and edit
Where stock physically sits: a store or cupboard, a vehicle, or one staff member's own bag. The default one is preselected when somebody records a consumable on a visit note.
- Only one location can be the default. Setting it here clears it everywhere else.
- A location that holds stock or has any history is archived rather than deleted, so the record of what was used on whom stays readable.
Reorder point
How few of an item is too few at one location, and what a reorder tops it back up to. This is what switches the overnight low-stock alert on for that item in that place.
Receive, correct or write off
Add stock you have received, correct a count after a stocktake, or write stock off as expired, damaged, contaminated or lost.
- A write-off needs its reason — expired, damaged, contaminated, lost, or other with a note — and a stocktake correction needs a note.
- A correction can be negative — enter -3 if the count was three too high.
- Stock comes out through a consumable on a visit note, so that every decrement names what it was used on.
Send stock
Send stock from one place to another — the store to a car, or to one person's bag. It leaves the sending place at once and is counted again when the receiver accepts it.
- Stock sent to a person's own bag waits for that person to accept it; they are told. Declined, or called back from the Transfers list, it returns to where it was sent from.
New order to a supplier
Order from one supplier for one place: a line per item with the quantity and the price each, the price filled in from the catalogue's buy price. Add what is low here fills the lines from that place's reorder points.
- Each item goes on an order once.
Receive a delivery
Enter what came on each line still to come — Everything came fills them all, and a line left blank waits for the next delivery. It goes straight into the count where the order is for, and the price paid becomes the item's buy price.
- A line takes up to what is still to come on it; anything extra is received on its own, with Receive or adjust.
- A batch-tracked item takes its batch or lot number, and its expiry when the packet has one.
Count stock
Count what is physically at one location: one box for each item held there, a blank skipped. A difference from what Corella expected is saved as a stocktake adjustment, and the count is kept line by line under Stock counts.

Stock on hand
How many of each consumable are left, in each place you keep them — the store, a vehicle, or one person's own bag. Set a reorder point and you get a low-stock alert overnight.
- To count a location, press Count on its row, enter what is physically there for each item — leave one blank to skip it — and save. Each difference from what Corella expected is saved as a stocktake adjustment, and Stock counts keeps the count, line by line.
- To write stock off, choose why: expired, damaged, contaminated, lost, or other with a note. The movements say the reason.
- To move stock from one place to another — the store to a car, or to one person's bag — press Send stock. It leaves at once and is counted again when the receiver accepts it; declined or called back, it returns.
- A count only exists where you have said you stock the item there.
- A count can go below zero.

Batches & expiry
Stock by batch, with expiry dates.
- A batch within 30 days of its expiry, or past it, raises an alert overnight for whoever manages supplies while its item is still held somewhere — use it first, or write it off as Expired.
- On a visit note the batches are listed soonest to expire first, each with its date.

Orders
Orders to your suppliers — what was ordered, for which place, what has come so far, and what you paid.
- To order, press New order: pick the supplier and the place it is for, then a line per item with the quantity and the price each. Add what is low here fills the lines from that place's reorder points, each topped back up to its maximum.
- When it comes, press Receive on the order and enter what came on each line — Everything came fills them all. It goes straight into that place's count, and the price paid becomes the item's buy price.
- Copy gives you the order as plain words, with the supplier's own item codes, for their email or online order form.
- A line takes up to what is still to come on it. Anything extra the supplier sends is received on its own, with Receive or adjust on the stock tab.
- A batch-tracked item takes its batch or lot number when it is received. A lot already recorded with a different expiry is refused — check the packet, or correct the batch.
