Step by step
- Choose who it is for (someone on Corella, or just their name), the day the figures are taken on, the classification, and tick Interim funding when the notice is the minimum service offer — the year is then 60% of the classification. Care management is 10% of what they actually have.
- Other funding on the notice: tick the Restorative Care Pathway (one unit, or two when a Support Plan Review approves the second; up to 16 weeks), the End-of-Life Pathway (12 weeks, drawn on to 16 — it replaces the ongoing classification), and assistive technology or home modifications by tier.
- Paid from says which funding it comes out of — a month on the ongoing budget, a week on a pathway, in all on assistive technology or home modifications.
- The totals give each month, once-off items, the year with care management in, what they would pay a month from their contribution rates, and what is left of the year (or how far over) — then each other funding: its amount, what is planned on it, what is left and what they would pay. Save the estimate against them, or Print it.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
