Step by step
- A Restorative Care Pathway episode has a Goal plan on its card, and the pathway requires one: the restorative care partner, the goals set with the participant — each with its baseline, what was measured or seen at the start — a review date and the planned hours a week. Until it is written the card says so.
- When the episode ends, record each goal's outcome in your own words against its baseline (Record the outcome).
- Monthly statements link to the ones Corella makes. Upload files a new one on their record; All their documents opens the record's Documents tab.
- Alerts, at the top, gathers what your staff must know before a visit — allergies with their severity, medical, mobility and manual handling, communication and language, behaviour support, access — in the same words their brief shows them, then the emergency priority and the people to call: emergency contacts, next of kin, registered supporters (with the day each was last checked in My Aged Care) and appointed decision-makers, each with a phone link.
- Monthly statement opens the participant's statement for last month, the one due now, and the arrows move between months.
- Plan the quarter works out what a quarter's funding covers before you roster: it starts from what is left of the open quarter and the weeks left in it (change either), and for each service you add — its rate from your service list, and how much of it each week — it shows the cost, what the participant pays at their assessed rate, and what comes out of the budget, then what is left and how much more of each service that would cover.
- The amount shows once every other line on it has been charged to the budget, and from then on it is what the participant owes: Paid, Part paid, payment links, reminders and the aged receivables count their part, and the invoice says what Services Australia pays when claimed.
- Under each quarter, Supplements records the quarter's primary supplements as Services Australia shows them on the participant's budget, such as oxygen or veterans'.
- Interim funding: when the notice shows the minimum service offer (MSO in the My Aged Care portal), tick Interim funding when you enrol or change the classification — the quarter is funded at 60% of the classification.
- Record an assessed rate takes the date of the change on Services Australia's letter, and applies it as the program says: a higher contribution from the start of the next quarter; a lower one back-dated to the date of the change — what was charged since is worked out again, and an invoice already paid shows the refund due; the final rate after an agreed interim one (tick it while the assessment is pending) back to the interim's start. A closed quarter's services are settled by Services Australia's Adjustment claim.
- A classification change dated into a quarter already closed is saved: the closed quarter keeps the budget it was reported with, and under it Corella says what the change would have made it — Services Australia pays or recovers the difference in an Adjustment claim. The open quarter is worked out again from the date.
- A signing link keeps the section as it was when the link was made, and records its version.
This is the help Corella shows on this screen, word for word, written in its default words: client and carer.
