Step by step

  1. Lone-worker check-in PINs (when your practice offers check-ins): your check-in PIN checks you in; your duress PIN shows the same Checked in while the person on call is told you need help.
  2. Pick a first and last date for leave; it covers those whole days.
  3. If your organisation's website shows you, Meetings booked on our website lets you take yourself off its booking picker, or back on.
  4. In Corella's app, after you sign in with your password, Use Face ID (or your fingerprint) keeps you signed in on that phone.
  5. My shifts in my calendar puts your published shifts in your own calendar: press Make my calendar link, then, on your phone, Open in my calendar app. To add the link yourself on an iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste it. On an Android phone, add it once on a computer at calendar.google.com (Other calendars → + → From URL, and paste it), and it then shows in the Google Calendar app; if the calendar is missing there, turn on Sync for it in the app's Settings. In Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web, and paste it. Your calendar then follows the roster by itself: new, moved and cancelled shifts update each time it checks, and Google can take several hours to check.

Tips

  • Your request waits for the office to approve it. Leave the office enters for you is approved as it is entered.
  • My shifts in my calendar: Make my calendar link gives you a private link to paste into Google Calendar, Outlook or your phone's calendar. Your published shifts appear there and follow the roster — a cancelled shift disappears, though a calendar can take a few hours to notice. Each shift shows its time, the service and the suburb, and the first name of the person you visit where your organisation chose it. A surname, an address and anything about their care stay in Corella.
