Named comparison
Corella vs Brevity, row by row.
Brevity is an Australian platform that spans NDIS and aged care, Support at Home included, with a price anyone can look up. It’s one of the few products that covers both of Corella’s markets, so the comparison is worth doing properly. Here it is, on one standard for both, built from Brevity’s own pricing page, help centre and service agreement, and from Services Australia’s register.

A September 2026 post of theirs also describes AI recommendations |
| Incidents and restrictive practices | Included: Deadlines on the incident; a register for practices A support worker reports an incident from their own shift screen, and everyone who manages incidents is told at once. Behaviour support plans and restrictive practices keep their own register, with a monthly CSV of recorded uses | Included: Incidents; practices as a note field Incidents come in from the web, worker and participant apps, with notification groups. Restrictive-practice use appears as a field in SIL shift notes; a register is not in their public documentation |

Every Brevity fact is from their own pricing page, product pages, service agreement and public help centre, with Services Australia’s software list and the JASANZ register; where their material doesn’t show something, the note says so rather than assuming a gap. We sweep the information about other apps regularly and update this page. Brevity is a trademark of its owner; Corella is not affiliated with Brevity.
Pricing is only one row here; every published price we could find for Australian NDIS software is on one page — and the leading platforms are side by side here.
Where the models differ
Three differences that decide it.
Whose system is it?
Corella gives every provider its own isolated instance — its own database and subdomain, with your branding — so your records never share a database with another organisation's. Brevity's documents talk about each customer's “instance” too, but they don't publish whether that means a separate database or one shared system. For anyone holding health information it's a fair question to ask, and the answer is worth having in writing.
How the price counts
Brevity charges per client: $6.49 a month on the annual option or $6.99 month-to-month, billed for at least 10 clients, plus a setup fee whose amount isn't published (AUD ex GST, as published 26 September 2026). Corella charges per staff user: $19 a month with a $149 minimum, participant and family logins free and onboarding included. Which comes out lower depends on your ratio: more clients than staff tends to favour per-staff pricing, and several staff per client — supported independent living, say — tends to favour per-client pricing. Both prices are public, so run your own numbers.
Aged care, quarter by quarter
Corella holds each Support at Home budget by quarter — the carry-over capped at the greater of $1,000 or 10% of the quarter after care management, assistive technology and home modifications held apart, care management as its own line — records each person's contributions, and charges the budget when an invoice is issued. Each service's category is dated, so the 1 October 2026 change applies visit by visit, even on one invoice; the table sets out both products row by row.
What Corella’s $19 already includes
One plan, so nothing below waits for a higher tier or carries its own fee:
- Every module, for every provider. One plan, so everything Corella does is in it from the first day, at the same $19.
- Recruitment and quality management. Brevity sells Recruitment and Compliance Management as add-ons, their prices not published; Corella’s recruitment, internal audits, risk assessments and WHS register are in the $19.
- Xero with no integration fee. Brevity’s help centre notes an extra fee for an accounting integration; Corella’s Xero connector is in the $19.
- Onboarding with no setup fee. Brevity adds a setup fee whose amount isn’t published; Corella’s setup and team training are included.
- Free family logins. Participant and family logins never count as seats — you pay for staff only.
- AI with no AI tier. Care Signals, client summaries, dictation and meeting summaries are in the $19 — each switched on when you choose.
Already on Brevity? We help you switch.
We help with migration: what to export and in what order, how it comes into Corella, and checking what has come across with you before you switch. Export your data before you give notice — their agreement says it’s deleted 30 days after the agreement ends.
