Step by step
- Cancellations says who cancelled each shift — the client or us — with the reason, the hours and who was on it. Cancellations by who cancelled adds them up by side and reason, with each side's total.
- Where consumables are switched on, four reports say what they cost us — by client, by wound, by case and by contract — beside what was charged for them. The cost is the buy price saved when each was used, so it stays put when a delivery changes the price.
